• Personal Development: Emphasizing values like teamwork, discipline, and perseverance alongside physical training.  

• Policy and Ethics: Developing global policies to address athlete welfare, gender equality, and anti-doping.  

• Innovation: Utilizing technology to enhance the experience for both athletes and spectators while prioritizing environmental sustainability.
